Right now I am spending some Time in my Hometown Cologne...
First of all because of the wonderful Concert in the "Kölner Philharmonie" - "Symphonic Oddessys"..
I can´t tell you how awesome it was...neverless it doesn´t top the "Symphonic Fantasies" 2 Years ago..but still it was touching and magical.

This year I got Tickets for the first range and could recognize every facial Expression of the Pianist Benyamin Nuss while he was playing some new arrangements of Nobuo´s Music.. Nobuo Uematsu was also there, standing right in front of me on stage! It was a great experience...shaking hands, getting an autograph...but the SecurityPeople haven´t wait longer than 30 seconds until they pushed you away from him. Pretty annoying. But OK.

By the way: The Artwork I´ve done for a Contest from the german Gamerwebsite "www.gameone.de". Its called "GameArt: junge Helden - Young Heros".
It´s the first Time I´m attending a Competition. Hope you like it! It´s little Baby-Abe, sad that he cannot use his favourite thing..envying Baby Mario ;)

Yesyes....hello Guys!

so...here´s a bunch of new stuff I´ve done the last few days...worktime like ca. 1 hour for each of those.
Btw: I decided to keep my blog in English, so hope you don´t mind...

ps.: ok, something doesn´t work here..I am currently not able to put Pictures up here...which is pretty annoying. I have to fix the problem first. Be patient! =)

Right now it is maybe the most exciting Time in my life.
Finish studying, applying for the first Job and most likely moving to a different city...
So I´m pretty excited what´s next to come!

Selbst-Portrait

In der letzten Zeit - sofern mir welche bleibt - übe Ich mich  im Selbst-porträtieren. Simone hat mich dazu inspiriert.

Es ist sauschwer aber eine gute Übung.

Versuche ab jetzt auch wöchentlich eines anzufertigen.

Vorstellung

Mein Name ist Gina Reinhardt, Ich bin 24 Jahre alt und komme ursprünglich aus dem schönen Köln.

2010 habe ich mein Studium "Game Art & Animation" an der Games Academy in Berlin abgeschlossen und befinde mich nun in Braunschweig an der Hochschule für bildende Künste um den Bachelor in Kommunikationsdesign zu erhalten.

In meiner Freizeit mache Ich Musik (Akkordeon und E-Bass), zeichne viel und reise gern.Hier auf meinem Blog sind in Zukunft Sketches, Illustrationen, Concept Art und Texturing zu sehen.
